All items are normally despatched within 2 working days.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and applied at the checkout.

UK shipping charges start from £2.95 (standard) or £4.95 (express).

International shipping charges start from £8.95 (standard) or £19.95 (express).

Shippings are trackable and in most cases a signature would be required on delivery.

Expected Delivery Times Within The U.K

Orders within the UK are despatched using Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery takes 2 to 3 days whereas Express Delivery takes 1 to 2 days, this excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Royal Mail quote deliveries to addresses in the Outer Hebrides and other remote areas may take extra time. 

Expected Delivery Times for International Delivery

Standard Delivery to Europe is estimated to take 5-7 working days.

Standard Delivery to other countries is estimated to take 5 to 10 working days. 

Express Delivery to Europe and other international countries is estimated to take 3 to 7 working days.

Expected delivery times are quoted by delivery companies, they are an estimation not a guarantee. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods i.e., public holidays could take longer than usual. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions, we do experience losses while in-transit. Please contact us if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Sparklet.
