How do I return an Item? 

Contact us to submit a return request, you can do this by emailing us at  admin@sparklet.co.uk or by filling in the contact us form. 

 

Which service should I use to return an item?

We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery by insuring the parcel to its full content value. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

  

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow up to 5 working days after item received for all refunds to be processed. It may take 5 - 7 days for your bank to process the money back to your account. If you have not received your refund within 7 workings days of the refund notification, please contact us or email us at admin@sparklet.co.uk for assistance.

 

How long after my purchase can I return an item?

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of receive. If you choose to return your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of receive.

 

What if my product is received damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect please contact us.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

It may not be possible to cancel or change an order. We do ask that you please contact us as early as possible to discuss an order change or cancellation.

 

My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.

Please ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an item missing, please contact us.

Why doesn’t my jewellery look brand new?

Please note Antique, Vintage and Pre-owned jewellery might show signs of age or not look “brand new”. Some Antique and Vintage style pieces will have a special finish applied to them to give them the a particular effect. Please take extra care when handling and cleaning any of these items.
