Description
Circa 1930s, this beautifully made engagement ring features three natural old-European cut Diamonds. Old Cut Diamonds are well sought after, they were hand cut and therefore each diamond is unique, they tend to have excellent brilliance.
The centre Diamond measures approximately 0.25ct (4.2mm in diameter) whereas the side stones measure approximately 0.21ct (3.7mm in diameter) each. Estimated total diamond weight is 0.67ct. The Diamonds are very fiery, eye-clean and really sparkly! Assessed clarity is SI and colour I/J.
The marking is rubbed and tests as 18ct Gold. There is a small chip on the outer edge of the centre stone, although this is only visible under a jeweller’s loupe. The price has been adjusted accordingly to reflect that. The prongs have been rebuilt so they are in very good condition.
She is dainty, lightweight and comfortable to wear, ideal as an engagement ring or to commemorate a special life event.
