Vintage 1960s Sapphire & Diamond 18ct Gold Engagement Ring

Dates back to the 1960s, this exquisite halo style engagement ring features an oval Sapphire to centre and a halo of sparkling diamonds. Perfect as an engagement ring, halo style is the epitome of forever style that never go out of trend.

The Blue Sapphire is an oval brilliant cut. It has a striking and vivid teal blue colour, the intense highly saturated teal blue shade is mesmerizing. The presence of silky inclusions suggest that this Sapphire has not been heat-treated. It measures approx. 5.2mm x 4.7mm, estimated gemstone weight is 0.53 carat. The surrounding round Diamonds totalled approx. 0.12ct. They have been assessed and verified as genuine natural Diamonds.

Perfect as an engagement ring or promise ring, ideal for stacking or worn alone, she has full British hallmarks. She is in excellent condition, very small age related wear. She has been professionally re-polished very recently, ready to be worn or to gift.
