A stunning synthetic colour-change Sapphire is set in a flower motif 9ct yellow gold mounting, supported by secure bezel setting.
The centre synthetic Sapphire measures approx. 10mm length x 8mm wide x 4.4mm deep, estimated 2.82 carats. The mesmerizing colour change from a flashy rich blue-ish purple (under natural sunlight) to a purple-ish red (soft candle light) is captivating.
This lovely vintage ring is size P (UK) or 7.5 (US), can be sized. She has British hallmarks, marked 9, 375, Birmingham and date letter W for 1971. She is also stamped JEM.
Ring head measures approx. 15.8mm long by 12.5mm wide. Ring profile is approx. 5.3mm. She is in excellent condition, with small sign of age related wear, the gemstone is held securely. Comes in a presentation ring box.
